Chef Josh is a veteran of the USCG and the New Orleans Police Police Department. Chef Josh is a veteran of the USCG and the New Orleans Police Police Department. He is a certified Chef originally from New Orleans who was in the restaurant business for 21 years and taught culinary arts on the high school and college level. Chef graduated from Kilgore College with his A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and is currently working on his B.S. in Biblical Studies and Theology at Regent University with plans on a dual masters in Divinity and Counseling. Chef is also an ordained minister and author since being called into ministry in 2019.

Dr. Baker was called by the Lord to help children through psychology in 2011 and studied abroad for a year before graduating. She is a child trauma psychologist, the Assistant Post Doc Director at the local hospital, and an adjunct professor of psychology. Dr. Baker enjoys helping anyone in need, but really enjoys working with children.

Mrs. Ada is a retired Acrobatic Gym Coach and gym owner. Prior to retiring ,she successful taught dance, swim, competitive gymnastics, and ran a homeschool program. Mrs. Ada also taught in the public school system. She is very active in the community and has dedicated her life to helping children have a childhood they will remember all while leading them to Christ in her own Mrs. Ada way.
