We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Christian Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our organization. Qualifications:

• A committed Christian with a strong faith and a passion for serving in a ministry environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a servant-hearted attitude.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events and activities.
