Meet our Team Members

 Joshua Hunt serves as the Lead Minister for Restoration of the Spectrum Ministries, bringing a powerful blend of faith, service, and experience to his calling. A graduate of Kilgore College with an A.A.S. and Regent University with a B.S. in Biblical Studies and Theology, Josh is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Health and Human Services with a focus on Crisis and Trauma.

A veteran and former police officer, Josh is no stranger to sacrifice and service. His unique background allows him to minister with compassion, strength, and insight—meeting people where they are and guiding them toward healing through Christ. Passionate about restoration and second chances, Josh leads with a shepherd’s heart and a warrior’s spirit, committed to sharing the Gospel and building lives through love, truth, and hope.

Daniel Foster serves as the Music Minister for Soul Food with Jesus and The Restoration Radio Show, where he uses his God-given talent to lead others into powerful moments of worship and reflection. A proud and devout Texan, Daniel’s musical style is deeply influenced by his admiration for Johnny Cash, blending country soul with a message of hope and redemption.

Daniel is a devoted husband and loving father to his son—roles he cherishes with humility and pride. Above all, he is a God-fearing man whose faith shines through every chord, lyric, and conversation. Whether behind a microphone or in everyday life, Daniel’s mission is clear: to glorify God and touch hearts through music and ministry.

Toby Self, our dedicated Operations Manager, is a proud East Texas native with a heart for service and a passion for helping others. A pastor, recovery coach, and all-around handyman, Toby brings both skill and compassion to every project he touches. A God-fearing Christian man, Toby lives by the principle of putting God first, family second, and everything else after that. His leadership, integrity, and servant’s heart inspire everyone around him. We are truly blessed to have Toby on our team as we continue working together to build the Kingdom of God through Restoration Solutions.

Mrs. Ada is a retired Acrobatic Gym Coach and gym owner. Before retiring, she successfully taught dance, swimming, and competitive gymnastics, and ran a homeschool program. Mrs. Ada also taught in the public school system. She is very active in the community and has dedicated her life to helping children have a childhood they will remember all while leading them to Christ in her own Mrs. Ada way.  

Snow is our service/therapy dog. Snow came to us as a rescue and now helps comfort our visitors. She is a Great Pyrenees full of love. Snow enjoys the cold weather, walks, peanut butter bones, and being with people. She also enjoys her naps throughout the day. She keeps and eye on us throughout the day to ensure we are being as productive as possible.  If you are uncomfortable with dogs, please let us know in advance, and we will give her the day off from the office.
